Pharma Sciences event

We recently hosted a virtual event on the topic of ‘How is COVID-19 impacting the Pharma Sciences Sector’. Over 25 leaders from the Pharma Sciences sector joined the call, which was moderated by Tony White, one of the founding directors of BioPhorum. Over the course of the evening the group enjoyed some wine and cheese whilst discussing some of the themes currently impacting the sector, including what does COVID-19 mean for our health systems and the focus they should be placing on underlying health conditions, the impact that delaying elective treatments and procedures will have going forward, and any long term consequences for R&D funding for new treatments.
