Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce a minority investment in Marktlink Capital, a leading Benelux investment platform providing private investors with access to private markets. The investment is being made by Partnership Capital III, Inflexion's dedicated minority fund. Marktlink Group will remain a shareholder alongside Inflexion and the Marktlink Capital management team.
Headquartered in Amsterdam, Marktlink Capital offers entrepreneurs and families access to leading private equity, venture capital and private credit funds across Europe and North America. By pooling capital through fund-of-funds and feeder vehicles, Marktlink Capital enables individual investors to participate in institutional-quality portfolios, with entry levels ranging from €100,000 in private credit to €250,000–€500,000 in private equity and venture capital. Since its founding in 2020, Marktlink Capital has raised over €3bn in committed capital, almost entirely from Dutch entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families, and today employs around seventy specialists. Having launched in Belgium in 2025, Marktlink Capital has ambitious plans for further expansion across Europe.
