Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce its partnership with the Private Business Awards to find and recognise the UK’s Growth Business of the Year.
A new award for 2026, Growth Business of the Year is open to UK registered private or private equity-backed businesses with a turnover of at least £10 million. It will find and recognise profitable businesses that are able to demonstrate significant, sustained growth in profitability over at last the last three years. As well as strong financial performance driven by organic growth and/or acquisitions, the award focuses on exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a robust plan for sustained success. Winning a Private Business Award can boost a company’s profile, strengthen its reputation and help incentivise its staff.

Nominations can be made by individuals from within or outside the eligible business by 20th March 2026. A shortlist will be announced in June, with finalists selected by an independent judging panel. Winners will be announced at the Private Business Awards Gala Dinner in London on 10 September 2026.
