Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the release of its 2024 Sustainability Report, marking our continued commitment to enhanced transparency and responsible business practices.

As we scale our presence in Europe and beyond – with new offices in Frankfurt and New York – we see significant opportunities to invest in businesses poised for sustainable growth.  Sustainability matters because it is a critical lens through which we assess resilience and accelerate value.

Throughout this, our strategy remains to support  ambitious mid-market companies to accelerate growth while ensuring accountability for progress. We are proud of the strides made over the past year as we continue to grow our global footprint. These include:

  • Launch of Inflexion’s Sustainability Academy in partnership with LDN Apprenticeships
  • Supporting almost 45,000 jobs and contributing €14.3 billion to the European economy
  • Five portfolio companies now achieving B Corp status, underscoring their commitment to rigorous standards of social and environmental performance
  • Achieving even stronger results from our PRI Assessment

Regulatory TCFD disclosures are also included within this report in compliance with the FCA’s climate-related disclosure rules, reflecting the firm’s commitment to transparent reporting.

We view sustainability as a blend of responsibility and opportunity. By building well-managed businesses, we don’t just safeguard their future –  we unlock potential for growth and innovation. In doing so, we play a part in shaping a stronger, more resilient economy.
John Hartz Managing Partner, Inflexion
