Inflexion, a leading European mid market private equity firm, today announces the launch of Inflexion Elevate, a new cross-portfolio mentoring programme designed to accelerate the development of diverse talent across its network of companies.

The programme builds on Inflexion’s long-standing commitment to building high performing management teams and fostering inclusive workplaces within the companies it backs. The scheme is open to all high-potential individuals, with a focus on supporting women and other underrepresented groups.

Inflexion Elevate is designed to support talent across the firm’s network. By connecting high-potential individuals with experienced mentors from a diverse range of firms, sectors and backgrounds, Inflexion aims to create a powerful ecosystem of shared insight, support, and opportunity. This initiative is designed not only to accelerate individual development, but also to strengthen leadership pipelines across Inflexion’s portfolio, fostering more resilient, innovative, and inclusive businesses. Mentees will gain tailored guidance and exposure. Mentors will also benefit by deepening their leadership impact and broadening their perspective across sectors.

The first cohort of the programme has been strongly supported by Infexion’s portfolio with 25 companies participating representing 60 mentors and 60 mentees.
