Five Inflexion portfolio companies recognised at BVCA Vision Series

Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that five of its portfolio companies have received awards for outstanding performance at The BVCA’s 2025 Vision Series. Blue Light Card, DR&P, Celnor, Movera and Rosemont Pharmaceuticals were all recognised as Vision Series winners for their regions. 

Vision 2025 celebrates the best teams of 2024 backed by private capital, awarding portfolio companies and their investors. These annual awards take into account growth, competitiveness, innovation, sustainability and the challenges of the year, with a focus on the future and the sustainability of the business as well as past performance.

•    Midlands and East region large category winner: Blue Light Card is the UK’s leading closed user group discounts marketplace for Blue Light key workers. With Inflexion’s backing it has scaled significant in the UK and internationally entering the Australian market.  The business has also expanded into customer base with the inclusion of teachers and entered new product and service lines for its customers whilst investing significant in its technology

•    London and South East region medium category winner: Celnor is a platform for testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) businesses, established by Inflexion in 2023 to support the consolidation of the TICC market. Celnor’s group of companies provide a broad range of critical services and data, which help customers manage sustainable development, and compliance with environmental and occupational regulations.

•    North West region exit category winner: DR&P is a leading independent insurance broker. During Inflexion’s investment, the business scaled from a regional player to a market leader with international reach, delivering industry leading organic growth, completing 13 acquisitions in three years, and growing to nearly 400 people across 25 offices

•    North West region medium category winner: Movera is a tech-enabled, vertically integrated provider of property legal services. Backed by Inflexion, it was created through five strategic acquisitions to streamline and strengthen the home mover value chain, outperforming in a historically fragmented sector. Operating through seven distinct brands, Movera supports both remortgage and home mover transactions. Its differentiated, scalable model is underpinned by deep vertical integration and embedded technology

•    Yorkshire and North East region large category winner: Rosemont Pharmaceuticals is the UK’s leading liquid pharmaceuticals business. With Inflexion’s backing, it has expanded its portfolio of oral liquid medicines across the UK, US, Continental Europe, and the Middle East. The business is powered by strong R&D and a culture of innovation, consistently delivering successful new product launches and reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in specialist medicines.
