Inflexion’s Diversity Exchange brings together women from across our portfolio to connect, share experiences, and build new skills. Now in its fifth year, we were delighted to welcome around 100 attendees to our latest in-person gathering. The event was designed to provide practical insights while fostering peer learning and a strong sense of community among like-minded professionals.
The afternoon, hosted be Inflexion Partner Isabelle Pagnotta, was focused on equipping participants with tools and perspectives to support their personal and professional growth as well as providing a valuable networking opportunity.
Attendees took part in sessions exploring how to engage effectively with boards and senior leadership, as well as strategies for building confidence and increasing influence in the workplace.
We were also joined by Jill Easterbrook, experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director, who joined for a fireside chat reflecting on her career journey and the lessons learned along the way. The day concluded with drinks and informal discussions, offering a chance to connect further and reflect on the themes of the day.
