We hosted our second HR Directors Exchange, attended by HR leaders from across our portfolio. The session allowed the group to share their experiences, discuss common challenges and build a network of contacts. Discussion centred around building all levels of management in a high-growth environment, with a particular focus on building out the HR function and communicating your people strategy.
