We were delighted to welcome 33 digital and technology leaders from our portfolio and 19 of our digital associate network to our second Digital Exchange at the beginning of December. The group explored the themes of ‘What’s Now?’ and ‘What’s Next?’ in digital. They shared best practices, networked with peers and heard insights from our friends at Blue Prism and IBM on innovation and utilising technology to drive growth.
