Our Managing Partners, John Hartz and Simon Turner, founded the business in 1999 with a borrowed office, two desks, two telephones, one computer and no money. We now have one of the largest mid-market teams with offices in London and Manchester and a blue chip investor base.

We are phenomenally passionate about the companies we invest in. We work in partnership with management teams and a key part of our role is providing strategic support.
