Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP acts as adviser to Inflexion Buyout Fund IV General Partner Guernsey Limited (“BOF IV GP“), Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund I General Partner Guernsey Limited (“PCAP I GP“), Inflexion Enterprise Fund IV Guernsey Limited (“EF IV GP”), Inflexion Supplemental Fund IV Guernsey Limited (“SUPP IV GP”) and Inflexion 2010 General Partner Limited (“2010 GP”). These are limited companies incorporated in Guernsey and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. BOF IV GP acts as manager and general partner to Inflexion Buyout Fund IV. PCAP I GP acts as manager and general partner to Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund. EF IV GP acts as manager and general partner to Inflexion Enterprise IV Fund. SUPP IV GP acts as manager and general partner to Inflexion Supplemental Fund IV. 2010 GP acts as manager and general partner to Inflexion 2010 Buyout Fund and Inflexion 2012 Co-Investment Fund.
Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP is the manager to Inflexion 2006 Buyout Fund and Inflexion Co-Investment Fund.
