Matt is an Investment Director responsible for originating, evaluating and executing transactions with high-growth entrepreneurial businesses in the mid-market. Matt focuses predominantly on Financial Services and worked on the successful investment into insurance broker Bollington Wilson Group, which Inflexion sold to Arthur J Gallagher in 2021 having completed five bolt-on acquisitions. Post this exit Matt led Inflexion’s investment into insurance broker DR&P, which has completed six bolt-on acquisitions to date. Matt also has experience across other sectors and has been involved with our investments in Goals Soccer Centres, MYCOM OSI, Calco and PD&MS Group.

Before joining Inflexion in 2017 he spent seven years at Deloitte where he obtained his chartered accountancy qualification and spent time working in both the transaction services and corporate finance advisory teams.

Matt has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University.
