Irina joined Inflexion in 2018 as a Partner focusing on digital, technology and tech-enabled services businesses in Europe. Irina co-led Inflexion's buyout of MYCOM OSI.

Before Inflexion, she was a Partner at Apax Partners for 13 years. While at Apax she led digital and media transactions in Europe, North America and China, and was a board director of Auto Trader Group, Trader Corporation, Ascential, and listed Tele2AB. She left Apax to set up and lead Principal Investing at Eight Roads, the proprietary investing arm of Fidelity International, a private equity fund launched to partner with mid-market specialist services businesses in healthcare and financial services. Irina started her career at McKinsey & Company advising media and financial services clients.

Irina is an Austrian national, and has lived in Germany, the UK, the US and China. She has a masters degree in International Business Studies from Leopold-Franzens University (Austria) and Tulane University (US), and a Masters in International Economics from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
