Irina is a Partner leading Inflexion’s investments in technology companies across Europe, focussing on software, data & analytics and tech services . Irina led investments in and is a board director of Curinos (in partnership with Informa Plc), DWS (in partnership with Daisy Group) and Infront (take private), as well as UKFast and its subsequent add-on acquisition of ANS, and MYCOM OSI. She also has board responsibility for ATCORE.

Before joining Inflexion in 2018, Irina was a Partner at Apax Partners for 13 years where she led digital and B2B media transactions in Europe, North America and China, and was a board director of Auto Trader Group, Trader Corporation, Ascential, Incisive/ALM, WRC, Sulo and listed Tele2AB. She left Apax to set up and lead Principal Investing at Eight Roads, the proprietary investing arm of Fidelity International. Irina started her career at McKinsey & Company advising TMT and financial services clients in Europe and the US.

Irina is an Austrian national, and has lived and worked in Germany, the UK, the US and China.

She has a master’s degree in International Business Studies from Leopold-Franzens University (Austria) and Tulane University (USA), and a master’s degree in International Economics from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
