What fires us up

Inflexion invests in quality growth businesses, which already occupy a niche position of leadership in their market or have the potential to do so.

We look for opportunities to invest in successful high growth companies and proven management teams based in the UK and operating in expanding markets. We are not constrained by sector boundaries.

We try not to be too prescriptive about what investment characteristics appeal to us, but we like to see some of the features on the checklist below:

• Deal size £10 million – £100 million
• EBITDA of £2 million + and growing
• Ability to double EBITDA over 3-5 years
• Interesting market position
• UK domiciled (but we are very comfortable with significant overseas operations)
