Inflexion today announces that funds advised by Inflexion have completed a Partnership Capital, minority investment, in K2 Partnering Solutions (“K2”). A leading global resourcing specialist, K2 provides outsourced IT consultants to multinational corporations including leading technology firms in Silicon Valley.
K2 was founded almost 20 years ago by James McHugh. The business’s trained consultants implement and upgrade SAP and Salesforce software, as well as other emerging technologies such as Cyber Security, Big Data and Advanced Analytics. K2 utilises its proprietary database of over 600,000 enterprise software consultants to support client projects across four continents.
Inflexion’s unique Partnership Capital solution was attractive to the founder shareholder and his management team who collectively wanted to retain a majority stake. Our investment will help expand the sales team, further broaden geographic reach and continue diversification into emerging technology segments. In addition, Inflexion will use its senior talent network to support K2 in sourcing a highly regarded Chairman.
