1. Speed of deal doing

We aim to complete all our deals within 6 weeks of gaining exclusivity.

2. Open and honest approach

Throughout a transaction we will be straightforward, open and honest. This approach is mirrored in the way we work as a shareholder; when issues arise we’ll be upfront about them and work together with the management team to resolve them.

3. Performance post transaction

On average, EBITDA in our portfolio companies has seen annual growth of 30% during the period of our ownership.

4. Further acquisitions

To date we have completed a significant number of bolt-on acquisitions for our portfolio companies, and there are more to come. Across the portfolio, we invest heavily into sales and marketing infrastructure and new product development to accelerate growth.
