Tim Smallbone

Tim joined Inflexion in 2004 establishing Inflexion’s Manchester office. He is a member of the Investment Committee and sits on the Boards of SMD, Viking Moorings and Harrington Brooks. He previously led the investment and subsequent sale of Tekton.
Tim has a breadth of experience in private equity, having worked at Montagu Capital, Gresham Private Equity, Granville Private Equity as well as KPMG Corporate Finance with Catherine Richards, where he led buy-side advisory services to private equity firms in the North of England.
Tim is a chartered accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Manchester. He is married with three children and is an avid fan of Manchester City.
