Mark Williams

Investment Director

Mark joined the Inflexion investment team in London in August 2011 and is involved in the sourcing, execution and management of transactions.

Before joining Inflexion Mark was an Investment Director at Sovereign Capital Partners where he completed numerous investments across the education, healthcare and professional services markets. This included Mark leading the Euro Environmental Group, Greenwich School of Management and LPM transactions where he took a seat on their boards. Prior to his five years with Sovereign, Mark spent three years investing at BA Capital Partners Europe, Bank of America after beginning his career with Close Brothers Corporate Finance.

Mark graduated from Oxford University with a MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. His hobbies include golf, squash and skiing. He has also completed marathons in London, Berlin and Paris, as well as the Zurich Half Ironman triathlon.
