Malcolm Coffin

Malcolm joined Inflexion’s team in Manchester in December 2007 and within a short space of time was heavily involved with the buyout of SMD, as well as taking a board seat at Harrington Brooks. Malcolm evaluates and analyses prospective transactions in addition to contributing to the origination of new investment opportunities throughout the UK.
Before joining Inflexion, Malcolm worked in the Consumer Products M&A team at NM Rothschild & Sons, where he was involved in, inter alia, AG Barr’s acquisition of Strathmore Mineral Water and Dairy Crest’s acquisition of St Hubert.
Malcolm is a chartered accountant and holds a MA in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University. His hobbies include rugby, scubadiving and running, successfully completing two London marathons.
