Gareth Healy
Investment Director
Gareth joined the investment team in London, in January 2008 to evaluate and lead transactions as well as take a central role in the origination of new opportunities. He led the investment and subsequent sale of ICS and sits on the Board of Griffin.
Before joining Inflexion Gareth was a Managing Director at Close Brothers where he advised on private equity transactions and IPOs, working on deals such as Saga, Gala, Tragus, SmartStream and NCP. During his time at Close, he acted as both Head of the IPO and Management Advisory practice and co-head of the Technology team. Prior to this he was a Director in the European Technology team and UK Mid-market team at UBS Warburg.
Gareth holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance (Hons) from Dundee University. He is a keen runner who enjoys adventure travel, fine wine & food, and is working towards his pilot’s licence.
