Flor Kassai
Investment Director
Flor joined the Inflexion investment team in London in September 2011 and is involved in sourcing, evaluating and leading transactions.
Flor joins Inflexion after five years at HgCapital, where she was an Associate Director responsible for deal origination, negotiation, execution and completion in the Business Services team. Flor was involved in HgCapital’s investments in ATC Group, JLA, Pulse Staffing, SHL and Computer Software Group (now part of Iris). Prior to her time at HgCapital, Flor spent two years at Bain & Company as a consultant advising Private Equity clients on commercial due diligence engagements, and two years in JPMorgan’s investment banking team in New York.
Flor received an MBA/MA with Honours from The Wharton School / The Lauder Institute, and a MSc with Honours in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA). Flor is fluent in Spanish and French, and her interests include scuba diving, running and hiking.
