Catherine Richards
Investment Director
Catherine joined Inflexion’s Manchester office in 2005 and was promoted to Investment Director in 2008. She co-led the investment and subsequent exit of Viking Moorings and has taken a leading role in Inflexion’s investments in Fish Insurance and SMD. Catherine is currently on the Board of Fish Insurance, Parasol and SMD.
Prior to joining Inflexion, Catherine worked as Associate Director in Barclays Leveraged Finance (Manchester), sourcing and leading leveraged debt packages. Prior to this she was Associate Director at Bank of Scotland Structured Finance in Manchester and Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance where she first worked with Tim Smallbone.
Catherine is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from Liverpool University. Catherine’s interests include basketball (at which she has represented England) and a good round of golf.
