Andrew Mainwaring
Assistant Director
Andrew joined Inflexion in 2004 and as well as working on new investment opportunities, he leads Inflexion’s direct origination initiatives. Andrew sits on the Board of Directors of Red Commerce, and co-led the investments in Parasol, One Advice and Pims Group.
Previously Andrew spent five years at Catalyst Fund Management and Research, a private equity investor specialising in the financial services sector. Prior to Catalyst, Andrew trained as a chartered accountant at Smith and Williamson.
He holds a BSc in Business Studies from University College, Swansea. He enjoys playing and watching rugby.
