Andrew Mainwaring
Investment Director
Andrew joined Inflexion in 2004 and as well as working on new investment opportunities, he leads Inflexion’s direct origination initiatives. Andrew led the investment and subsequent sale of Red Commerce, co-led the investments in One Advice and Pims Group as well as Parasol where he sits on the Board.
Previously Andrew spent five years at Catalyst Fund Management and Research, a private equity investor specialising in the financial services sector. Prior to Catalyst, Andrew trained as a chartered accountant at Smith and Williamson.
He holds a BSc in Business Studies from University College, Swansea. He enjoys playing and watching rugby.
