Andrew Leek

Assistant Director

Andrew began his Inflexion career in March 2008. Andrew is involved in sourcing, evaluating and completing transactions as well as contributing to the origination of new opportunities, with a particular focus on the Midlands. He was integrally involved in the buyouts of National Accident Helpline and Griffin Global Group.

Andrew started his private equity career at Alchemy Partners in 1998, where he led or co-led a number of transactions including the buyouts of Goldsmiths Group and ATH Resources. He then took the position of Managing Director at SAATCHiNVEST, a private equity vehicle for the Partners of M&C Saatchi. He subsequently became Managing Director of Complan Foods Ltd, a joint venture between Heinz and SAATCHiNVEST, a nutritional food brand with 50 years heritage.

He holds a BA in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University. He enjoys the gym, reading and once did a stand-up comedy course (not that you’d know).
