Edward is a Partner responsible for origination and transaction execution on majority and minority investment opportunities, in the technology sector. He is involved with our investments in Giacom, CMSPI, Mountain Warehouse, Radius Payment Solutions, K2 Partnering Solutions, Lane Clark & Peacock LLP and CloserStill. Edward sits on the boards of DWS, Mountain Warehouse and Radius Payment Solutions.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Edward worked at Catalyst Corporate Finance (now Alantra) where he helped to advise, amongst others, Foster + Partners and Addison Lee. Before this he spent five years at PwC assisting in due diligence processes and there obtained his chartered accountancy qualification.

Edward is a keen footballer and plays weekly for his local team. He keeps fit by running and, despite his best efforts, is getting slower by the day.

He has a first-class degree in Economics from the University of York.
