We are ambitious for the companies we work with and have proven experience helping management teams to capitalise on the opportunities provided by sourcing, producing and selling in international markets.

We have local teams in Brazil, China and India who work with our investee companies to help unlock these markets. They are experienced entrepreneurs who are well connected and attuned to the challenges and significant opportunities these fast-paced economies provide.

Emanuele, Xuan, Rohit and their teams help our investee companies understand how they can exploit these markets and work with them to:

• Deliver cost management solutions (outsourcing, off-shoring, supply chain management, local manufacturing, etc);
• Assess market entry strategies;
• Seek out commercial development opportunities (joint ventures, distribution arrangements, etc);
• Source local management;
• Understand local regulations including import restrictions; and
• Introduce potential customers and local market experts.
